Q: How do I customize a ring, pick a charm, personalize anything?!

A: Super easy - just type in your selected charm style number(s) and any design comments in the "add a note to your order" box at check out. Can't find it? Click the shopping bag icon on the top right corner and you will see it once you've added to cart!

Or, simply email us at info@bonbonwhims.com with your comments and don't forget to write your order number in the email subject, we will get that handled right away!

Q: Do you have any rings that are smaller than size 6 or large than size 8? My fingers are all of different sizes! 

Q: Of course - just type the key words you're looking for, such as "size 5" or "size 4" or "size 9" in the search bar above and it will lead you to all the options we have currently!
