Mini but mighty! Add this carry on and travel-friendly jewelry case to your order and it will make the perfect gift for yourself or anyone! Does NOT include any jewelry.
The brand new jewelry case features light pink faux leather, a white BONBON logo and delicate white stitching on the exterior, and a soft suede lining inside with four ring slots that can be used for studs, hoops and pendants as well. Metallic snap button closure.

Shipping
We typically fulfill and ship your order from our New York office within 2 to 5 business days of ordering.
Kindly note for any custom, made-to-order, or personalized designs, please allow 1-2 weeks for production not including shipping time. If you wish to expedite your shipping time (not the production timeline), we offer various UPS express services for domestic (U.S.) packages and UPS/DHL Worldwide Expedited services for international orders.
DOMESTIC (U.S.): We offer various ground and expedited USPS/UPS shipping services for our domestic customers. We're also currently offering complimentary shipping on orders over $100. Please note once packages are shown as "delivered" on the carrier's page, we are unfortunately not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
INTERNATIONAL: Yes, we do ship worldwide. We strongly recommend that you opt for UPS/DHL shipping services since it is both insured and fully trackable. Customers in Canada and the U.K. may choose to use standard USPS international service. Please note once international orders are shipped, we are not responsible for any lost packages or held parcels at local customs and their associated fees. It will be the customer's responsibility to directly communicate with carriers about taxes, customs, fees or any delivery issues.

Return/Exchange
We hope you love your BONBONWHIMS pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit (never expires) or exchange only for unworn & non-personalized* items that are sent back within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not issue refunds.
Please email us at info@bonbonwhims.com to initiate your exchange process. We typically respond within 2 business days to assist.
Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear. Customers are responsible for shipping back the package to us. Please note we cannot honor any exchanges or repairs post the 7-day period as it'd be considered worn/used at that point. This policy only applies to domestic (U.S.) orders. At this time we cannot accommodate international exchanges or returns at this moment.

All made-to-order and handmade pieces, such as all resin rings and jewelry personalized with your initial - which means we cannot resell - are final sale. Earrings are final sale due to hygienic reasons.
Lastly, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen packages upon delivery globally. Once a package is shown as "delivered" on the carrier's page, the responsibility to retrieve said package lies between the customer and the carrier. Please note we do offer and recommend UPS or DHL for insured & secured shipping services for those who would like extra assurance with their orders.
