We hope you love your BONBONWHIMS pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit (never expires) or exchange only for unworn & non-personalized* items that are sent back within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not issue refunds. 

Please email us at info@bonbonwhims.com to initiate your exchange process. We typically respond within 2 business days to assist.

Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear. Customers are responsible for shipping back the package to us. Please note we cannot honor any exchanges or repairs post the 7-day period as it'd be considered worn/used at that point. This policy only applies to domestic (U.S.) orders. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate international exchanges or returns at this moment.

All made-to-order and handmade pieces, such as all resin rings and jewelry personalized with your initial - which means we cannot resell - are final sale. Earrings are final sale due to hygienic reasons. 

Lastly, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen packages upon delivery globally. Once a package is shown as "delivered" on the carrier's page, the responsibility to retrieve said package lies between the customer and the carrier. Please note we do offer and recommend UPS or DHL for insured & secured shipping services for those who would like extra assurance with their orders.
