As a small business, we try our very best to dispatch all of your orders from our NY office within one week of ordering!
Any styles listed under the "Ready to Ship" collection are usually shipped within 2 days.
For our custom and made-to-order designs, please allow 1-2 weeks from the day of purchase for shipping. If you wish to expedite your shipping time (not our production), we offer various UPS express services for domestic (U.S.) packages and UPS Worldwide Expedited 2-5 Days delivery. Both insured up to $100 USD. Please note we only fulfill orders during the work week (M-F) and will not be able to ship on the weekend.
DOMESTIC (U.S.) Our standard domestic shipping option is via USPS, arriving between 2-5 business days. Once packages are shown as delivered on your tracking, we are unfortunately not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. For insured and more secure shipping options, we offer various expedited UPS services.
INTERNATIONAL Yes, we ship worldwide! We do STRONGLY recommend that you choose UPS / DHL shipping services since it is insured and fully trackable. Customers in Canada and the U.K. may choose to use standard USPS international service. Please note once international orders are shipped, we are not responsible for any lost packages or held parcels at local customs and their associated fees. Most international packages arrive within 1-3 weeks via standard USPS International First Class Package service (not insured). Please note international tracking is limited once your package departs from U.S. territory. For insured and more secure options, we also offer DHL and UPS expedited shipping services that are more costly but worthwhile for our international customers!
All customized, made-to-order, and handmade pieces, such as all resin rings and jewelry with your initial which means we cannot resell after, are FINAL SALE.
Earrings are FINAL SALE due to hygienic reasons. For non-customized items (such as ready-to-ship items) you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to exchange for store credits only within 7 days - please note we do not issue refunds.
For defective or damaged packages upon delivery, please email us at email@example.com with images of the defective pieces/package, within 3 days of receipt, and we will of course be glad to assist and send a replacement right away.
In general, we ask for your understanding that we cannot replace or repair anything beyond 7 days upon receipt of your jewelry as it'd be considered worn/used at that point. For domestic U.S. orders, customers are responsible for sending back the package to our New York location. We do not process exchanges or returns for international customers.
We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen packages upon delivery. Once a package is showing as "out for delivery" or "delivered," the responsibility lies between the customer and USPS and we are not liable for any losses. Please note we do offer insured shipping services via UPS Ground / Worldwide for those who would like extra security.
